    To tell you the truth the only reason why I gave three stars is because Scott refunded me my money after I told him that I didn't like the shears. For me the shears were too heavy and it didn't fit. my hand is a little larger and it was just too uncomfortable.. I thought I would try the swivel shears so that I can save my arm the carpal tunnel. I don't think that the shears are bad shears I just think for me they weigh too much and they didn't fit my hand properly. But I would give five stars for the customer service and three stars for the shear s themselves.

    Great experience! Scott was amazing at explaining the difference in the shears and let me hold and feel a bunch to make sure I was comfort and well educated! Didn’t push anything on me, you can tell he truly cares about your needs as a stylist. I was using a shear from Cosmoprof and these shark finn shears felt so natural. Never held a swivel until I met Scott and now I use it daily.
